Event Equipment Delivery
Most of the products and services offered by Amara Events LLC are event rentals that require delivery, setup, operation, and/or pickup by our team.
Delivery is available throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding service areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on your event location and the equipment being rented.
Delivery fees, setup charges, travel costs, and pickup fees will be outlined in your event proposal or rental agreement.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will coordinate delivery and pickup times based on:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the venue to provide access during the scheduled delivery window.
Setup and Installation
Many of our rentals require professional installation. When applicable, our technicians will deliver, install, test, and remove the equipment at the conclusion of your event.
Certain rental items may be available for customer pickup if approved in advance.
Customer Pickup
For select rental equipment, customer pickup may be available by appointment.
Customers picking up equipment are responsible for:

Providing valid identification

Transporting equipment safely

Returning equipment on the agreed date and time

Returning all rented items in the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear and tear
Additional charges may apply for damaged, missing, or late-returned equipment.
Shipping of Physical Products
If Amara Events LLC offers physical merchandise or products for sale through this website, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping carriers and delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet scheduled delivery times, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—including severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or carrier delays—may occur.
Amara Events LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event addresses, venue information, and contact details.
Additional charges may apply if deliveries must be rescheduled or redirected due to incorrect information.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all delivered equipment upon arrival and notify our staff immediately if any concerns are identified.
Any issues discovered after our delivery team has departed should be reported as soon as possible.
